I have performed approximately 7,000 rhinoplasty procedures to date. More than 30% of these have been revision surgeries, and it is by no means rare to see patients with surgical histories of five or more procedures, or highly complex Before-after cases involving multiple rounds of revision. Currently, we receive many patients from not only within Japan, but also from various countries across Asia, Europe, and North America, who come specifically for revision surgery.

Rhinoplasty is often perceived as surgery that pursues external beauty alone. However, we believe it is essential to treat not just the appearance, but also the function of the nose. By using CT scans to evaluate septal deviation and the condition of the nasal cavity, and by combining otolaryngological approaches—such as endoscopic septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction when necessary—we aim to achieve both beautiful aesthetics and comfortable breathing.

Moreover, while artificial materials such as Implant (prosthesis) are still widely used for rhinoplasty in Japan, we have long emphasized rhinoplasty using autologous tissues such as costal cartilage, auricular cartilage, and fascia. What matters in rhinoplasty is not merely the temporary beauty immediately after surgery. Rather, it is that the nose remains natural, beautiful, and functionally stable 5 years, 10 years, and decades into the future. We believe that pursuing long-term beauty, function, and safety is also an important mission for us.

Furthermore, not only in daily clinical practice but also at domestic cosmetic and plastic surgery conferences and international academic meetings, we actively present our surgical techniques and treatment outcomes. By academically validating our own treatments and continuing to share them with the world, we aspire to constantly set new standards in Japanese cosmetic surgery—particularly in the field of rhinoplasty—and to be leaders in the industry.

At the same time, what we value most is communication with our patients. This is true not only before surgery, but also after. We do not view our relationship as ending once a surgery is completed. Rather, we wish to be a presence that takes responsibility for monitoring your progress afterward and is always available for consultation whenever needed. For patients coming from overseas as well, we do not simply provide one-time treatment as medical tourism. Instead, we face each person individually over the long term and aim to be a clinic that builds relationships of trust that last a lifetime.

Not only beauty, but function as well.
Not temporary results, but beauty that lasts.
And not just surgery, but a presence that supports your entire life ahead.
That is the rhinoplasty we pursue.
