TEX3D Lift
A treatment that lifts sagging skin by threading a special absorbable thread under the skin.
Recommended for
- Those who want thread lift effects to last longer
- Those who want skin firmness or are concerned with sagging
- Those concerned with nasolabial folds
- Those who want to prevent aging
The greatest feature of TEX3D Lift is its powerful lifting effect.
Previously, the Mint Lift Mini used helical cogs to provide powerful lifting with thread lifts, but TEX3D Lift has evolved with even more barbs (cogs). Since the powerful barbs on both sides are arranged in a helical pattern, tissues from all 360-degree directions can be effectively engaged and lifted.
The needle and thread are integrated into one piece, making the lifting thread easy to apply. Since the thread is attached to a 17G needle, insertion is possible simply by piercing. Because the procedure can be performed through needle holes only in areas with hair without creating facial wounds, it is minimally invasive with minimal downtime.
Unlike traditional thread lifts, the barbs are manufactured by pressing the thread itself into a mold. Therefore, the barbs and cogs created this way have several times stronger grip compared to those made with conventional cutting technology, enabling powerful lifting effects.
It can be used in the central facial area such as nasolabial folds as well as on the jawline, so you can plan procedures tailored to each patient's needs. All threads inside are safe absorbable threads that dissolve slowly in the body. Because they are made of a PLLA and PCL mixed material, the duration before absorption is approximately 1 to 1.5 years, providing significantly improved longevity compared to conventional PDO threads. (※Duration varies by individual.) During this time, collagen proliferation and fibrosis progress around the thread, guiding the skin toward a more youthful appearance.
Features
TEX3D threads are 3D-type lifting threads with barbs formed entirely by molding, unlike conventional cutting threads. TEX3D, a PLLA+PCL thread, is a flexible thread that has improved the stiffness disadvantage of PLLA threads alone, reducing post-procedure discomfort.
①360-degree barbs on a molding-type absorbable thread
②Powerful lifting is possible due to specially manufactured barbs
③Mixed PLLA and PCL materials that are absorbed in 1-2 years with lasting effects
④Inconspicuous as wounds only occur at needle insertion holes in hair-bearing areas
⑤Applicable to various areas including nasolabial folds and jawline

Treatment details
- Procedure time
- Approximately 30-40 minutes
- Anesthesia
- Local anesthesia + nitrous oxide anesthesia or intravenous anesthesia
- Cleansing / Bathing / Makeup
- Cleansing and shower: Possible from the next day ※Please only rinse the treated area with warm water. Bathing: Possible after swelling has largely subsided Makeup: Possible from the next day
- Side effects / Downtime
- ・Tightness may occur but typically resolves within approximately 1 week. ・Bruising and swelling usually subside within 2-3 days, though complete recovery may take around 1 week. ・Irregularities may occur in some areas, but this is distortion from lifting the tissues and typically settles within 2 weeks to 1 month. ・Depending on the thread type, the insertion site may become deeply indented like a dimple, but this typically resolves within approximately 1 week. ・You may feel cheek tightness and difficulty opening your mouth, but this will become normal in about 2 weeks. ・Bruising from the injection needle may occur when administering anesthesia. ・You may not experience the anticipated results or correction effects may be weaker than expected.
- Precautions
- ・Avoid strenuous exercise and radiofrequency heating therapy (Indiba) for approximately 2 weeks post-procedure. ・Until 1 month post-procedure, try to avoid opening your mouth wide.

FAQ
What is TEX3D Lift? How is it different from other thread lifts?
TEX3D Lift is a thread lift procedure using absorbable threads made of a mixture of PLLA (polylactic acid) and PCL (polycaprolactone). While conventional threads create barbs by cutting, TEX3D threads have barbs formed in all 360-degree directions through molding. This ensures strong lifting power while the flexibility of the material (more flexible than PLLA alone) reduces post-procedure discomfort. The absorption period is approximately 1-2 years, during which collagen production is promoted and skin firmness is maintained.
Ask ZetithAI about this →How much downtime does the procedure require? Can I go to work the next day?
While there are individual differences, bruising and swelling typically become inconspicuous within 2-3 days, and you can plan for approximately 1 week for complete settlement. Tightness and dimple-like indentations may temporarily occur but usually resolve within about 1 week. Cleansing, showers, and makeup are possible from the next day, so we recommend scheduling the procedure on a day when you have fewer opportunities to meet people. Avoid strenuous exercise and radiofrequency heating therapy (Indiba) for approximately 2 weeks post-procedure.
Ask ZetithAI about this →How long do the results last? Is repeat treatment possible?
Since TEX3D threads are made of PLLA+PCL material, they are slowly absorbed into the body over approximately 1-2 years. Lifting effects tend to persist even after thread absorption due to collagen production stimulation, and many patients experience results for approximately 1-2 years. You can undergo retreatment once you feel the effects have diminished, and continuing procedures can help maintain a more youthful appearance. For initial procedures, we recommend consulting with your attending physician at least 1 month post-procedure to assess your condition.
Ask ZetithAI about this →Who would be a good candidate for this procedure? Are there cases where the procedure is not recommended?
Those concerned with jawline sagging or nasolabial folds who seek definite lifting effects without committing to surgery (facelift) are ideal candidates. This procedure is particularly popular among those in their 30s to 50s seeking to restore skin firmness. However, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have infections or serious illnesses, or have keloid-prone skin may not be eligible for treatment. Additionally, those with extremely thin skin or minimal subcutaneous fat may experience different results, so please consult with your attending physician during consultation.
